宾馆的环境很好，空气清新，距离森林温泉有五分钟车程，宾馆有专车接送很方便。房间设施略旧但是整体干净卫生，还是值得入住。酒店前台侧方有个小型儿童乐园，孩子玩得很开心，下次还会带孩子一起来。温泉也泡得很爽，孩子喜欢。

已是初冬季节，酒店餐厅竟没开空调，用餐时大家只得穿着厚实的外套，并隔壁吵杂的卡拉OK厅的“悠扬”歌声不绝于耳；广告中的室内室外游泳池都没开；礼单里的会所温泉也没有；感觉受到了欺骗。
