酒店位于风景区内，空气清新，满目苍绿。由于我们是五一后淡季入住的酒店，客人稀少导致餐饮服务与酒店星级不匹配，望能加以改善。酒店有专车将客人送至泡温泉的度假村，内部设施齐全，汤池布局错落有致，值得一试！

酒店服务员，从楼道的卫生阿姨到中餐厅的小吴帅哥，都太好了，我忘带了充电器，5楼服务员想方设法找了手机配的上的充电器；中餐厅吴姜宁小伙子还帮我叫了出去的出租车。
映天湖美的没话说，空气清新，可能别的酒店没有这样得天独厚的森林美景，所以多次入住。

很满意，酒店就在温泉度假村里面，环境很好，花园露台很大，适合带孩子玩，早餐丰富，设施卫生都不错，停车方便。

风景确实不错，天然氧吧。整体服务也还行吧，感觉热情度稍微低了点，可能也是因为节假日人多的关系吧。如果要说需要改进的问题点就是早餐，种类不够丰富，特别是饮品，没几样。倒了一杯所谓的橙汁，就是果珍粉泡的，甜得要命，喝一口就放弃了。

上海出发一路南下，5天旅程中环境和服务最赞的一家酒店了，在温泉旅游区里遇到的每一个工作人员都热情主动。绝对避暑的好地方，气温比外面明显低3-5度。早餐时有工作人员送来打包的小点心让路上用，很是贴心。手工海鲜面实在是太太太好吃了！值得二刷的酒店！
