酒店大热天的居然没空调还是个四星的？然后一句上一班的服务员没说，一个电扇就打发我了！关键是入住的时候居然没提醒！我不是要什么补偿，但是你最起码表示一下也好吧！四星的酒店连棉签和一次性剃须刀都不提供？还不如快捷酒店呢。
