酒店的条件还不错,综合性价比还是很高的,而且硬件和软件条件也很到位.

2010年8月11日晚上8点半入住，但是9点就停电了，大夏天的，居然直到10点半才来点。宾馆自己没有备用发电机组，只能一个劲干等供电局重新供电。
另外在等待的过程中，酒店愿意给我们退房并重新帮我们安排到其他酒店，但是差价需要客人自己负担，去新宾馆的出租车费也要客人自己负担，比较没诚意。
房间比较干净，住里面的感觉还是不错的。

地方不错，宁海的城区第一次去，停车都乱七八糟的，酒店有停车场，就是小了点，停车管理员还是很负责的。酒店设施不错，就是太潮湿了，我进房间，发现被子都是潮的，服务员换了被套床单后就好多了。很奇怪的中央空调，一打开就很冷，温度设置没有用，房间温度在21度 很冷。睡觉关了空调，温度很合适。

酒店各方面服务都很一般，而且我入住当天还赶上酒店停电了.唯一好的就是位置好，周边交通方便，其它没有可取性.
