酒店硬件不错，服务人员态度和工作意识太差，尤其是当日给办理入住手续的那个，什么都不讲，还态度傲慢的。酒店应该是分a.b楼那种，她给房卡时也不说的，结果划圈找了很久还找错了。问她房间有无送餐服务，果断回答没有。结果进房间后发现房间就放有送餐菜单和电话。1号早餐米粉里吃到头发，服务员端走后就没给任何解释。办理离店手续时交房卡给前台说让她先弄好我去吃早饭，结果回来后还照常排队办理离店手续。
