  酒店环境特别好，而且每个工作人员都很热情，我们赶上鲁朗今年的第一场大雪，咨询下山情况时候一直帮我们想办法。还告诉我们怎么区去周边有意思的景点，非常有爱的一家酒店呀!而且酒店周围的环境也特别棒，可以骑马射箭。来鲁朗推荐一定住恒大酒店。

  酒店跟恒大是一家，所有资源共享，酒店环境还可以，但是前台服务态度不太好，自己酒店弄错订单，还没有好口气的。

  鲁朗小镇，房间大，设施齐全，外观比较气派，早餐丰盛，汉藏食品都有。位置好，拍照绝佳地。紧挨着就有石锅鸡总店。 总之除了房间卫生都很不错。入住第一间，马桶有残留大便，床上有头发，回答是来得早没及时打扫。没打扫的房间怎么能安排客人入住呢？然后换一间，有酒瓶盖、方便面等，主管解释是实习生打扫的，他自己重新打扫一遍。 感觉就是:硬件设施好，房间卫生真的不好。遇到的工作人员态度比较积极，但给客人的整体效果还是打折扣的。建议客人入住前房间门不要开着。

  硬件设施很不错，就是check in换了三次房间，都是因为前面没有打扫干净，应该是负责清洁的工作人员工作流程管理不善导致的。好在前台小哥态度热情帮忙解决了问题，不过作为一家大型酒店出现这样的工作疏漏很不应该😥
