恐怖！非常破烂，没落，酒店没有一位客户入住，还用八卦阵作大门。我们订房时被艺龙骗收了保证金，但是宁愿不要保证金也果断换了另一家酒店。在这里，我投诉艺龙，不但不真实了解酒店真实情况，还用了骗人照片，误导客户预订，我作为用了3年艺龙网的老会员，对艺龙这次欺骗非常气愤，以后不会再用艺龙预订，艺龙这样的服务水平，只有倒闭。
