服务很好，环境也是准五星标准，酒店经理亲自送到房间加湿器，还送了水果，水果很新鲜。酒店人员很客气。目前拉萨的洲际、瑞吉、香格里拉，日喀则乔穆郎宗，昌都名人，阿里大酒店、林芝五洲皇冠，这些可以住，其他山南和那曲都没有让人满意的酒店。我对酒店还是有点挑剔的，只爱住准五星以上的。但皇冠让我满意。

服务特别好，那么晚入住，还有水果增送，值班经理无微不至的关怀，房间有点冷，马上送来电暖气，没想到会比香格里拉的服务，还周到，以后出门就住五洲皇冠酒店

酒店还不错，只是遇到电梯坏了两次，吓死人了。入住时因为定房原因，比较麻烦。劝大家注意网站订房需要提前联系好。
