酒店自称准5星，我认为不够。房间虽然有空调但不开，没有浴缸。早餐基本没啥吃的，只有简单几样，不是凉了就是没了。

第一次在携程订房间，先说说总体感受：总的来说，这家酒店还不可以，房间比较新，除了前台之外的服务人员态度还是不错的。
但非常郁闷的是，艺龙的价格居然比前台现售的价格还要贵，我入住普通标间618元/天，但我在办理入住手续时，见到有人在没有出示任何身份证明，也没有表示自己是某某公司的情况下，拿到的豪华标准间为580元/天（也就是说没有任何证据能证明客人能拿到协议价）。
我问前台这是为什么，前台反应还挺快，说客人认识他们酒店的老板。（素质不错吧，呵呵）
打艺龙的投诉电话，艺龙客服人员显然胸有成竹，告诉我说对方一定为协议价，无论我怎么解释也没用。真无语！！！
所以吧，我永远不会再通过艺龙订房了！

前台给我安排一间没有窗户的房间，住的不舒服，打电话给艺龙，协调后给我换成其他房型，态度不错，更换的房间也比较满意。
