冬季去鄂尔多斯，冰天雪地淡季，酒店刚刚建成的，酒店内部环境不错，地理位置也不错，是新区里面不错的酒店，但是因为是淡季所以酒店有些服务太差了，晚上十点过后酒店大门竟然关了要从后门走，洗澡竟然洗到一半是冷水，辛亏酒店房间温度还行，不然直接冻僵了，我们入住两天第二天让服务员打扫竟然直接就是换了些洗漱用品和垃圾袋，前一天用的杯子没洗，床上一点都没收拾，无语。第二天全酒店就我们两个房间住人，酒店说早餐送到房间，本来以为早餐会丰富点，没想到直接送来了一碗粥几个速冻包子和一盘萝卜干，更无语，希望酒店以后能改进，真正以人为主。
