酒店环境很好，坐落在湖边，房间选择了大炕房，有特色！但是不足之处在于洗手间下水不好，洗澡会漏一屋子水！房间床大，其他空间就非常小，早餐较为简单，不能达到四星早餐标准。酒店内餐厅是湖南特色餐厅：火宫殿！推荐可以吃一餐！
