对该酒店衞生和前台服务满意，但是早餐服务实在太差，早餐7点半开始9点半结束，但是我8点半去吃早餐 餐厅食品空空的，没人管理没人负责，让人失望和气愤，不推荐入住。（请看图片）

酒店空调不能制热这个问题及其严重，一下午一晚上找了工程师傅来看了两次，没有一点儿改善，住了一晚冻得肩周炎犯了，空调控制器上也明显显示故障信号U4-01 是内外输送问题，师傅过来看第一次的时候根本不看我们精心布置的房间瓷砖地面上铺着的白色花瓣，进来就直接踩过去，出去的时候又踩一遍，服了，礼貌性问题希望能够注意，酒店管理方面建议多培训一下吧，
保洁阿姨态度很好，服务一级棒。
