酒店是正规挂牌四星级酒店，地理位置优越，旁边就是王府井，吃饭和购物等都非常方便。酒店大厅堂皇，工作人员和管理人员都很到位，知道我们是南方来的客人后问寒问暖，非常感谢！

位置很好，停车也比较方便。就是硬件太差了！卫生间马桶有问题，冲水按钮需要记者手动扳回来，要不然水会一直流下去，估计也不是一天两天了，鄂尔多斯水资源很丰富吗？
洗手盆属于脑残设计，用完之后一半水会流在外面。
再说洗澡，如果用热水需要拧到头，这是水流非常小，几乎需要站着贴到墙上洗澡了。这滋味真不好受，建议酒店总经理来体验一下。
