酒店位置不太好找，房间非常宽敞、玻璃大特别亮，结果下午3点入住进去后，房下行李我们就出去转了，5点左右回房间休息发现厕所没有水，酒店告知停水会抓紧修，一间房的空调也有问题，稍作休息我们又出去转，晚上9点一刻左右回到酒店，厕所依然没水，告知下午整个这一片区域停水检修，说是9点来水，但是9点半了依然没水，外出旅游，天气又热，试想没水如何住呢？无奈之下要求退房，跟前台服务员说明情况，要收我们每间房半天房租（两个标间），协商一整最后一共付了80元，晚上10点多离店！没想到对鄂尔多斯伊金霍洛旗的好感顿时大打折扣。
