酒店干净方便，下飞机后，凌晨两点到的酒店，周边的网络不太好定位导航有偏差，是通过看路牌到达的酒店，需要备注的是酒店19点后没有空调，前台说是是因为当地气候，实际入住感觉室温刚好（八月份）。

同程订单，付款后发短信给我确认成功，然而去办手续的时候酒店前台先问我多少钱订的，回答228后前台果断变脸说没房。怎么回事大家自己猜。协调+投诉很久才解决，心情完全被破坏。这个酒店的诚信度和服务可见一斑。进房间后发现电视电脑都没网络，折腾好久才联通电视，电脑没戏。另外客房电话也是不可用的。 最可恨的是图上这个餐饮部唐姓经理，对客人极度粗鲁和态度恶劣，我6岁不到的女儿由于我们在前台协调时间太长到大厅一个装置物前好奇的看，这个唐姓女人跑过去粗鲁的甩开孩子，嘴巴还很不干净（那话在我们南方酒店客人听到会是要气得动手打人的）。千里迢迢来到鄂尔多斯这座漂亮的城市，之前感觉都还不错，在这个酒店的遭遇真是恶心到我了。
