该酒店前台服务很好，因中午下的订单吃了饭就直接入住，酒店还没有收到预定信息，前台美女很耐心的讲解，让我先入住，再去与艺龙协调订单问题，真诚的为铁牛大酒店点赞，后续去鄂尔多斯铁牛大酒店将是我的首选！入住后酒店业很温馨，恰逢国庆期间酒店每天无偿提供水果一份
