我在退房卡时，前台说里面少了一个衣架，硬要扣钱，我们是来内蒙鄂尔多斯的响沙湾旅游的，在网上订了这家酒店，我拿你个衣架干什么，我们出门很多有用的东西都嫌带着麻烦，更别说你个衣架了，我连酒店的衣柜门都没打开，也不知是不是服务员在查房时以往都弄丢了的，却找我们的茬，由于我们还要到下一个景区旅游，不想给他理论费时间，由他扣了6元钱，只是道理不合很生气，建议旅客住房时先拍个照片留着做证据。
