离店时，说我们消费了一袋奶酪，明明就没消费硬是懒我们，不让我们走不退押金，耽误我们时间，没办法只好报警！最后经理来把押金退给我们！前台态度非常差！说句实话我们这么大的城市什么没有还会去拿你们的东西？提醒大家一定谨慎入住，以免发生我们这样的事！

入住换房两次，一个房间被套是烂的，洗浴室架子是坏的。另一个房间下水坏的，洗个手整个卫生间全是水，万一把老人孩子滑倒怎么办？而且阳台门锁是坏的，整个一层阳台都是通的，太不安全！再次换房，多少还是有点不满意，但也凑合了！房间设施太差，卫生也很差，于是地漏全是毛发好恶心
