从来没遇到过如此奇葩的酒店，没有遇到过服务意识如此差，态度如此奇葩的前台接待员！在前台等了一个多小时没有给办理入住，明明已经在线支付了房费，只为了几个扣点就无理由要求顾客退单，各种奇葩理由！怪不得生意那么差，有人住才怪！

一切都好，改名成了巨力酒店。三楼中餐厅味道不错，价格适中。早餐加了一位38元，而乌海的早餐比这还丰富一些才20元。

环境不咋滴，房间设施老旧，味道大，卫生间浴巾都已经洗糟了、前台客服不专业，总在午休的时间给你打电话问你是不是还续住，入住的时候都已经说清楚了住多久，打扰顾客了也没礼貌，直接咔嚓挂电话，然后想拨回去骂他，屋里的电话总台号码不对，需要拨89999。客房服务也差，不是忘记给你放矿泉水了，就是地垫没有，3层的餐厅也差，上菜至少要等40分钟才会上一个，第二个再等20分钟，以此类推。不推荐！
