房间不小，但设备陈旧，卫生间漏水，从玻璃隔断往外漏到床体下的地毯。第二，室外温度30多度，酒店中央空调没开。第三差，早餐简陋，服务态度差，我们去时，服务人员正和顾客在吵！第四差，也是最不能忍受的，整个酒店基本没有服务！！！退房后当晚发现充电器落房间了，给酒店去电话让帮忙看一下然后我们去取，前台说：‘’服务员已经下班，没办法给你查！‘’我说“服务员查房查到东西不交到前台吗？”前台说“不交，都是服务员自己留着。”见酒店没有一点解决问题的意思，我说“你如果不方便，请告知我服务员电话，如果有，我就去取，如果没有我明早直接离开鄂尔多斯了”，前台说“没有服务生电话，你你明天九点以后来看看”，怎么会没有自己员工的电话？“我们前台又不和服务员联系，我们只和领班联系！”那麻烦你联系一下领班，让她帮忙问问。“没办法联系领班！”真的无语！充电器不值钱，但服务态度实在是给鄂尔多斯丢人！！！绝对的差评！！！！

服务员态度恶劣，想法设法不给开发票，没办法必须开还想少开，设施陈旧，经常没水，二楼是火锅店，客房味道难闻到晕！
