吐槽。订了客房，到店后被告知只剩一间，还没有空调，会冷。换了标间没有办法补差价，洗漱用品，免费的饮用水都没有，房间电话没有办法用。然后被告知，房间都订完了，给我们开了储备房，感受到了深深的恶意……
