房间隔音不好，不是斜对面大半夜开着门抽烟聊天就是隔壁大半夜哇哇聊天，烟味都能呛得睡不着，说话吵得睡不着，也没有人管。卫生间地面积水很严重，还有两天没热水，电视收看的电视台很少，热水活动莲蓬头根部漏水严重。临街的一面汽车噪音影响休息。
