说实话这次住宿特别不满意，这是我每年两万公里自驾游过程中第一次对酒店提出不满意，主要是对服务人员不满意，所以除了服务一项，其他几项还是给了满分。我是10月4号晚上入住的，因为当天开车600多公里，所以睡着了，结果开始断电，漆黑一片，孩子吓得哇哇哭，每次停电大概5秒左右就会自动来电，没有跳闸。每次停电间隔3分钟到20分钟不等，经过前台协调派过来一个男性保安，他要求在房间观察一会儿，因为除了我都是女性而且都已经准备睡觉了，我问他懂不懂电能不能解决？他说就算发现问题他也解决不了，建议停电了就睡觉就行了，所以我让他走了，然后我去找前台的女服务员，她直接就问我为什么他们100多间房只有我们房间发生这种情况，意思就是我在无理取闹，我说你可以去看看，她也拒绝了，就是一直强调、暗示我是无理取闹，我一气之下回房间了，再次停电后再打电话前台拒接电话，无奈之下只能忍气吞声打开窗帘照亮睡了一夜，真的失望透顶。
