孩子在出租车上睡着了，到了酒店门口一个人都没有，我抱着孩子、拉着行李到了前台。门童小哥在玩手机。前台态度也很差。卫生间还有前一个客人用完的须刀盖，住了2天，第二天没给放纸和拖鞋。我能说这是我住过最差的5星吗。
