Really good hotel. It takes about 15 minutes of walking to reach Namba. Rooms were above average in-size and hotel was located off the busy nightlife area.
2-3 minutes walk to train station easy with luggage. This is my second time staying in this hotel. Will definitely return.

Stayed here for 4 days with friends and had a very good experience.
The location is excellent, right near Shinsaibashi, making it very easy to walk around, shop, and find food.
Rooms were clean and comfortable, and housekeeping was consistent throughout the stay.
Staff were polite and helpful, even with language differences.
Amenities are simple but sufficient for a longer stay focused on exploring the city.
Overall, a great base for sightseeing in Osaka. Convenient, comfortable, and good value for a group of friends.

一入门口，好似有D爆屎渠味，??头只有一个，不好瞓，床头灯一熄就要熄晒，唯一可以取之处，位置方便又宁静

独自到日本跨年，已知房间价格不会很平，但幸好这酒店就在地铁站出口旁边，出入方便，附近就是心斋桥 道顿堀，附近除了食肆还有便利店。虽然房间不是很大，也没有很好的风景，还可以接受的

This hotel is under Hotel Route Inn management. So the room is as usual to be small and cramped. Yet its facilities are far less than Hotel Route Inn. No public bath. Poor breakfast variety choice. Chargeable car parking. Hotel also locates 10 mins. to 15 mins. walk from all tourist spots.
Hotel serves guests in tourist region rather than key business region. Tourists like to have snapshots and take photos. Some receptionist is impolite to interfere tourist to take snapshots in hotel. Working in hospitality industry, don't understand why staff is allowed to wear masks instead of smiling face. It seriously causes guests bad impression.

酒店房间灯一关就要全关，不能剩下梳妆台灯，这样对怕黑的人很不方便，距离心斋桥有点远，不过酒店附近有很多停车场，对自驾游者很方便

位置距离长堀桥地铁站只有一个街角位，可惜距离最近的4号出口竟然没有电梯。不过真的一出来就是酒店侧门入口。
到心斋桥可以步行10分钟就到，爱逛街一定很开心，酒店最近的便利店都要走一个街口，这个有点意料之外。
房间很小，一般商务酒店格局，价钱便宜就系优点，衞生的话是合格的，可惜房间设备比较旧了，需要好好维护及更新，
停车场只有12个位，自己找附近停车场仲容易，价钱也差不多
要求不高又想近中心区交通方便，价钱便宜是一个不错的选择
