Cool design, we stayed in a room with a city view. The cleaning is good, and the breakfast includes eggs, cheese, bread, and fruit. There is a large and stylish swimming pool, a sauna, and a gym.

整体上比较满意，我是不挑剔的人，大差不差即可，房间比较大，下水道有异味是败笔，交通比较便利，特别是在心斋桥附近很好??，早餐品种还可以。入住时没有中文客服，日本小姐姐checkin时要我额外付早餐费用，不知道是故意还是无意，因为订单上很清楚显示包含早餐，是因为我不会日语吗？还是因为我英语不好，容易糊弄呢！希望服务质量能提高一点！

跟老公蜜月旅行的第三站来了日本大阪shopping！定了W的奇幻套房，地理位置很棒，离道顿堀很近，购物美食都很方便。
酒店知道我们来度蜜月提前给我们房间准备了小甜品和贺卡，并且在办理入住时告知给我们免费升级了房型，真的是太惊喜了。
套房面积很大，180度的转角落地窗，不管是白天还是夜景都很好看。大阪很显着的黑色建筑酒店，连浴袍也都是黑色的。房间每天打扫都很乾净，还会给我们准备W特供面膜。
总体都很满意！！

除了日本人不懂变通的问题，其他各方面挑不出毛病。我跟同事在楼下lounge点了几杯饮料，前台説可以挂房间一起结账。我们报完房间号后，服务员跑上来敲门三次找我们要钱（cash or credit card）如果不能挂房间，为什么説可以？直接找我当场付掉不好吗？百思不得其解

The hotel is new, clean, modern, location at CBD along the street of international brands. Not really crowded and walking distance to tourist area of Shinaibashi. There is a mega department store Daimaru. Transport is excellent convenient with direct train to airport, JR rail and underground lines . Breakfast at @ 4800 Yen and there is a government accommodation tax per night of stay.?
There is a mini bar with charging beverages. But the ?refrigerator is not cold enough.
