Centara Grand Hotel Osaka exceeded my expectations! It’s one of the best hotel I’ve stayed in Osaka. The room was spacious, nice, quiet, and clean. The customer service was great. The location is perfect, short distance walk to the metro stations and Dotombori. If you’re looking for a luxury hotel in near the shopping areas, this hotel is 100% recommended. I would go back again. ??

Staff are friendly, professional, very helpful. Good English. I can notice most of the guests are non Japanese. the room design, the washing basin is outside the bathroom and no carpet, is not what I expected from a 5star hotel in Japan.

Around 5-10 min walk from train station via Namba park, so it’s a bit quiet compare to hotels above the station, yet easy for carrying luggage. Not many options for breakfast near the hotel.

周末大阪的酒店 真的是太贵贵贵贵了！但是这家是大阪五星级酒店里性价比最高的一家了！位置很方便，服务也很好，很标准的西式酒店，房间空间很大！去大丸和心斋桥很方便

新酒店一连入住4晚，安排入住17楼房间已拥有优质城巿景色，房间空间大及地方清洁，地下连接食街多间食店均提供极佳体验，平台商场已足够行2天，同时酒店步行至机场铁路站只须数分钟，难波酒店最佳选项！

饭店在难波站附近，可以透过商场到地铁，没想像中那麽远，房间很大，放两个29行李箱仍有走路的空间，景也很漂亮，有提供小孩消毒锅及尿布垃圾桶很贴心，有浴衣跟睡衣可以使用，浴缸很大泡两个大人没问题，饭店有提供叮叮车接驳地铁站，可以去试坐看看，很好玩！！之後去大阪仍会考虑此饭店，很棒！！

早在几个月前已预订好，出发前也直接电邮到酒店确认住宿安排，但当日我大约五时半去check-in，前台说我预订的REI楼层房间已经full了，只能给我10楼的房间，如果要高楼层的话，就要额外付款。我当然不满意也不愿意！前台立刻有礼地打电话帮我解决，经过大约15分钟的等待，最後安排了最高层31楼的房间。夜景超棒，美中不足的是两张单人床，我们要自己把两张床拼合在一起。在过程中也非常感谢前台的安排，我认为服务十分好！
早餐方面，选择不多，味道亦一般，这价钱不值，不推荐！
房间清洁方面一切正常，浴室提供的浴盐超级香，非常喜欢！洗发露沐浴乳和乳液也非常好用??
御堂筋线难波站5号出口有扶手电梯上地面，步行十分钟就到，而且由酒店後面步行十分钟就到木津市场，超级方便！
下次如果带小朋友来大阪，很大机会再来！

I had a wonderful experience, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would particularly like to thank the concierge team for their exceptional assistance with a parcel issue I encountered. They handled everything with professionalism and care, which truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere !

The hotel is linked on the second floor to Namba Station (approx. 6mins walk). Almost 100% sheltered. New and clean with great view of the city. Enjoyed our 4N stay.
