位置很方便，房间也比较大，酒店职员也很帮忙，晚上打破杯子也有人上门帮忙清理，过后也会打电话慰问要不要大清洁。就算语言不同，职员也会尽管解决你的所有问题，赞

这酒店巨满意！！！洗澡和卸粧和上厕所都是分开的！！可以和朋友各干各的！！有卸粧的有爽肤水有乳液！！这个喝的水居然还是铝罐的！
其次airporter送到酒店以后他们直接帮忙放房间里了！晚上去甚至不用去取行李！！超满意！
附近有地铁！去梅田两站地铁！真的很好！

酒店里地铁站步行五分钟左右，房间面积在日本来説也算蛮大的，也很乾净设施也很齐全，前台也很耐心性价比高

It is far away from train station. Only staircase in the nearest exit. Not convenient to carry luggage from station to the hotel.

Hotel room is nice, clean and spacious. Hotel staff is friendly, polite and very helpful. The hotel is nice breakfast as well, with options for western/Japanese style breakfast, fresh fruits etc. Location-wise, it’s a bit further away from Dotonburi, but still very walkable and close to the metrostation.

很乾净，很舒适，很安静，隔音很好，住了三晚都有很好的睡眠；
交通极其便利，出门两分钟就到地铁，到心斋桥走路差不多10分钟吧；
早餐也不错。
下次去大阪还会选择的。

非常友好，也有中文服务，房间乾净整洁。地理位置非常优越，旁边就有很亲民的购物商场，离心斋桥很近和心斋桥筋都非常的近，门口还有地铁！成熟却又不闹。
