Great location! easy to access from Kansai airport. Cosy room with nice breakfast spread. It’s a service apartment so there is a washing machine with 2 laundry pods in the room, they do provide toothbrush and hair brush. Helpful staff with hospitality spirit. They do provide parking (chargeable JPY2000 per day) within walking distance. Convenient stores and restaurants are just at doorstep, McDonald is just across the street. Will definitely come back again.

酒店地理位置绝佳，对面就是车站，机场南海线直达，房间够大，衞生服务都不错，一次性洗漱用品前台旁边按需自取，早餐丰盛（西式为主），下次还选这家。

便利：出南海电铁对面，街角有个大阪烧摊位，去心斋桥商圈步行10分钟，旁边各种食店。非常乾净、房间宽敞，洗衣机、电炉都有，前台服务很好，总之哪哪都满意??

地点非常方便 就在难波站旁边 去哪里都用走路可以到达 去大阪的很好的选择 下一次也会选择 房间也很大 还有厨房洗衣机

非常满意，就在高岛屋对面，来回机场特别方便，地理位置十分优越！我自己出行的话一定会再来这里住！走路去心斋桥也不远，附近有个大型超市，可以走着去的，还可以免税，超市名字忘了，酒店可以帮忙发一下吗？酒店的洗衣机和小厨房都要爆赞^_^，夏普的洗衣机真是非常好用，天天都可以洗衣服，房间还配套了乾净的餐具??，我们最后一天晚上还自己做饭了呢！

带娃旅游的中转住宿，没想到超出预期，首先地理位置非常好，对面就是难波parks和难波city商场，步行5分钟可以到高岛屋和爱电王，距离心斋桥也不远，但是不会像住在那边那么嘈杂。酒店大床房被告知加不了婴儿床，所以给了300多/晚的差价改了一卧房，床品很好睡。早餐也好吃！

房间在日本算比较大了，有洗衣机带烘乾，还配了洗衣液，好评。有微波炉，有厨房，可以直接准备早餐。方便。对面就是南海电铁，去关西机场很方便。离难波站，道顿堀、心斋桥都是步行可到的距离。不错。

Daughter and I stayed a total of 7 nights in Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka. It was one of our best decisions.
It's location next to Namba station was excellent. From Kansai airport, we took the airport express directly to Namba station. The hotel was just a short walk away. There were plenty of stores and eateries nearby.
We were greeted by friendly staff at the reception. Narikawa san was very professional and checked us in quickly. As part of their goal to be eco friendly, for every day that we did not require room service, we were given 500yen konbini vouchers. We used them to make purchases at the Family Mart just round the corner.
The room was spacious with space for our 2 large luggages. We had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Comfortable beds, washer/dryer, induction cooker, cutleries etc.
Check out was at 12 noon for Fraser World members. Would definitely choose Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka the next time I come to Osaka.

Excellent location as it is right beside Namba City and Namba Park. It is also near the subway stations and Shinsaibashi. There is a convenience store 2 mins walk from the hotel. There are many claw machines and gashapon stores located along Shinsaibashi. However the claw machines located there cost 200 yen per game.
