It is a newly renovated hotel with long history. There are shops, restaurants and 7-11 within the hotel. There are science museum,art museum in walking distance and convention centre next door. There is a train station just under the hotel but it is a remote line and hardly linked to the main lines. Good thing is that there are free shuttle buses every 10-15 mins to Osaka JR station for about 15 mins ride.

房间清洁ok，楼层很暗，12月房间只有暖气，怕热既人士比较辛苦。房间隔音差。接驳巴士去大阪站早上会满坐，要等下一轮15分钟，多数都会改坐Taxi,,楼下7-11会11点关门，要行5分钟有一间24小时familymart。。离地铁站偏远

酒店很乾净，服务人员礼貌，房间也够宽敞，舒适，早餐不错，携程订房价格不高，这是此次日本旅行最满意的一家酒店

房间很乾净整洁，也还算大的，很人性化设计，尤其喜欢大堂的瀑布，坐在大堂吧喝一杯红茶加和果子，特别舒服，环境很安静优雅，早餐也很好

服务和设施配套都很好，但不幸的是隔音已经很不好，同层人士半夜3点几不关门大声聊天不特止，还在敲我们房间的门??被惊到醒来训不着

服务员很热情，可惜没有中文服务员。房间不错很乾净，宽敞舒适，看出去风景也不错。早餐有两个餐厅，日式和西式。另外，酒店的接驳车不错，从酒店到梅田（大阪站）很方便，还省钱，打车过去40元人民币，梅田回酒店就是下客站。需避开上下班高峯，否则人多。每十五分钟一班。

能解释一下为什么酒店自来水流出来是发黄的么？晚上11点时拍照，有明显消毒液的味道。
强烈建议酒店在酒店巴士候车区，用图示标出大阪站关西机场巴士站的位置，酒店班车司机不知道是英语不行，还是什真不知道，只会説 idontknow,
前台接待服务，英语沟通能力都很好，为什么酒店班车司机这么差？工资太低了？

虽然比较陈旧，但是服务非常在线，接驳车很方便。酒店内的自助餐厅也还蛮好吃的。洲际出品还是比较靠谱，世博会期间人很多，服务也没有因此下降。

酒店硬件还算不错，虽然也有年代了，维护还行。
楼下就是地铁站，但属于比较偏的一条线，要去其他站换乘，而且是站外换乘，才能到热门地区。
酒店有班车去梅田站，很方便。
