酒店为抢生意，二号刚开业，店间不干净，台子和柜子里大量灰尘，未清扫。气味很重，因装修原因。结帐慢，查房人员稀里胡涂的。房较舒适。

早餐非常好，自助餐多样。孩子和家人感觉非常好。晚上很安静，周边配套完善，旁边南风剧院可以观看二人转，特别方便。交通也非常方便去地铁公交都有。另外，这里离北陵公园很近，是沈阳最大的公园了。绿化很好。

设施很新，但细节方面差，洗澡间没有置物架。刚开业经验不足，人多了也没准备，去晚了早餐都没了，热菜、主食跟不上，粥不错。交通便利，停车方便。

2017年新装修的酒店 一进去大堂房间 那个味啊 别提了 估计是为了赶上十一的黄金期 提早开业 挣点钱 所以匆匆忙忙的开业了 啥都木有啊 厕所还有裸漏的管子 前台退房需要半个多小时 房间里没有免费的水 洗澡连热水都没有 也是醉了 为了挣钱可以理解 像你温泉啥的没开咱都可以理解 但最基本的洗澡都没有热水 这就有点说不过去了吧 不咋滴啊
