设施破旧不堪，客观条件没办法，但服务也差得要死，前台摔脸子，128的偏说168还说艺龙都是168没有128的！问怎么到大洼，说不知道，其实300米就有车去，这不是成心么？昨天到的时候让报旅行团！最后又换了一个服务员，又查了一下又找到128了，偏说我下了两个单子不是她问题，我也没说你的问题啊？还这么着急撇清责任！另外，房间连免费水都没有，一排付费饮料！之前看评价不好想四星也没那么差吧？果然差到家了，押金收四百退钱房费直接多收还不查仔细，中间还忙别人不管了，什么烂酒店？快捷酒店都不如，怎么不被摘星？旅游千万不能住，除了位置没有了！

酒店很老旧，卫生间的瓷砖都裂了，还有小强。早餐全素，一个荤腥没有，米饭都没有，太寒酸了。对于一个四星标准的酒店来说匪夷所思。唯一的优点就是地段了。
