服务一般，早上下火车直接去酒店，碰到个女服务员，那脸那叫一个难看，那叫一个不耐烦，别的下午去办入住别的服务员都挺好的

第一次在艺龙订酒店就出现这么多差头，两个手机订了三间房，到了酒店就说只有2间，第三间就是没有，折腾我们好长时间证明，我说我们付了房款了，也没用，结果结果，最后是他们写错名字了，办完入住，父母身份证找不到了，我问前台是不是没有给我父母，她说给了，让我们自己找，幸亏我记得肯定没还给我们，这才非常不情愿在自己的前台下面拿出了身份证，我此时真想骂人，但我忍住了，安排的房间只有2个在同一层楼，另外一个差了8层楼，我让她安排同一层楼，她说所有房间都入住，没法调换，我们没说什么进了房间，我帮父母连WIFi，结果一直连不上，电话前台，告诉连接TP打头的，但是还是连接不上，再次电话，派一个大姨级别服务员，结果是房间根本没有路由器，取了一个路由器后还是连接不上，前台还是让大姨解决，大姨根本不明白原因，给前台电话，等了一会儿还是没有人来解决，我电话过去和我说没听清大姨说什么，就没来解决，最后没办法前台让大姨把这个房间旁边的房间打开，让我父母换过去，我当时就懵逼了，不是都入住了么，不是没空房间了么，这是从哪里变出来的，前台撒谎也不要这么明显吧，我之前确实在携程订单，这次图了便宜订了艺龙，艺龙下订单就要受侮辱么
