下午三点入住，房间够大，卫生和设施也还行，只是有点陈旧，重要的是无热水和空调，联系前台三次后，六点中央空调才开始供暖，通知说热水八点供应，七点半去温泉（小孩超过一米，补了四十八元，酒店住客免票时间是晚七点半到十点），泡到九点就开始准备清场，温泉可以泡澡不能洗浴（没热水！），没办法只有回房间，结果还是没热水！空调暖风制热效果也非常糟糕！房间内必须穿外套，第二天早上都只能说是温水还没有热水！早餐因为孩子超过一米二，收了半价（五十元），早餐时间七点到十点半，九点半过去就没什么菜品了，提醒服务员几次她们是爱理不理，更别说添加！
可以说是我住的最差的五星级酒店，真不知道怎么评的五星，好评又是怎么来的！！！！！！！！！！

一家典型的国营企业！国营式建筑（雷人的大堂），不专业的装修，普普通通的管理，糟蹋社会资源和烧钱的酒店。如果到了红格实在没有住的地方（千万不要用国际化或者国内民营一流标准要求这个酒店），可以凑合住一下，毕竟地下的温泉是好水！
