外地朋友来攀，我为他们定了上恒两个单间。进入房间后一大股异味刺鼻，因为朋友带着小孩没法忍受，给前台反应请求换一间房，此时刚距开好房不足5分钟。没想到前台的态度，见所未见的恶劣，一句没有同类型房间就什么都不管了，一副客人欠着她钱的样子。我只想说，上恒酒店可以算攀枝花的一线酒店了，管理者怎么会如此疏忽对服务人员的素质管理和培训？老板投资几千万开的酒店，却任由一个服务人员任意妄为糟蹋自己的形象。如果管理者可以看到这条评价，真心建议加强服务人员的管理和培训！
