酒店很烂，没有暖风空调，晚上住冻得无法入睡，打电话给前台被告知让自己加床被子；更可恶的是，离店时忘记开发票，之后给酒店打电话需要开具发票，却被告知离店后不给开具发票。而且态度冷淡恶劣。早餐没法吃。
