  After coming to Lugano many times a year for more than 15 years, I discovered what is the best place to stay. Where do I start? The Havana Deck Cigar4 Lounge overlooking the Lake or the Japanese Restaurant? The room was spotless with Personal AC, Japanese bidet in the toilet, out-of-this-world water pressure, breathtaking views, your own balcony with lounge chairs overlooking the lake, super comfy mattress and pillows. and last but not least the hotel cat Aki, which means Autumn in Japanese!

  Luxury! The suite was beautiful and comfortable. Our patio had a gorgeous view of the lake and city. I would have loved to stay longer. Aside from being fairly near the train station and the Italian restaurant across the way, there isn't much nearby. We did hike the trail behind the hotel to the top of the mountain, and that was lovely. The receptionist was very helpful in coordinating and explaining our transit options to Lake Como.

Ein sensationelles, unvergessliches Erlebnis. Restaurant mit bequemen Ledersesseln, umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Sch?n eingerichtetes Hotel an begehrter Lage mit toller Aussicht, gemütliche Zimmer mit bequemen Betten, grosser Pool, toller Sauna- und Wellnessbereich, perfekt eingerichteter Fitnessbereich mit hochwertigen Technogym-Ger?ten. Absolut sensationelle Bar mit atemberaubender Aussicht, ideale Parkplatzm?glichkeiten direkt beim Hotel oder in der Tiefgarage.   Very nice hotel. The view from our room was incredible and the room was very large and nice. Essentially an apartment. The hotel has a couple of restaurants we did not make it to and a cool bar with a great view. There is a train station pretty close by, but you do need to go up and down a big hill to get to anything if walking.
