酒店中规中矩，三星不足，二星没问题，在景区还算可以，前台经理也不错，但是前台一个比较瘦的，带戴眼镜的服务员拉低了整个酒店的形象，第一天入住的时候，我去车里拿行李，家人先上去了，我忘记了房间号，回来大堂我问我住哪个房间，她说不知道，酒店不是按名字分配的房间，问题是当时我们随行的人没有到齐，她是拿着我的身份证给的房卡，算了打电话自己问，第二天退房的时候说一个房间的枕套污了，经理陪着上去查看后没问题，紧接着又说一个房间的枕套污了，上去看一样的问题，有泛黄的影印，转念一想，我的浴室里毛巾也是一样的，我们就没有用，枕套有问题的房间因为枕套上面有黄色影印，都是反过来或许上面覆盖东西睡的，退饭折腾了半个小时，这个沟通过程中，我们还倒是好说，该服务员在这个过程中思维敏捷，极尽刻薄，每一句话没有一丝迟钝，直击客人的忍耐，出来旅游是为了开心，只能忍了，请各位艺友入住先查看布草的洗消情况，不要让自己总是纠结😣

渤海大酒店真心非常好！房间很干净，很温馨！前台服务人员态度也好！
离海边很近，下楼步行一小会儿就可以走到海边！吃饭、购物都很方便，旁边就是一家很大的购物中心，楼上有各种小吃……
下次去蓬莱还会选这家！
