定了两个套房，一个房间地漏洗澡水排不出去，一个房间地漏熏死人，外国客户很不满意，服务态度一般，加盟的外国品牌，但是没有一点国际的感觉，都是简单中式早餐，真心不值38一位，不小心丢失房卡，竟然100一张，物价局定的么？

老美的酒店还是很大气的，外面看不起眼，里面的设施非常好，床很舒服。客服非常好，还推荐早餐的地方。

淡季入住，蓬莱海底世界很一般，去过青岛极地就没必要来这里看了。酒店整体还不错，符合价格，只住了一晚上。

地理位置非常好，离长岛港口四五百米，出行很方便，卫浴用的科勒的，必须给赞！早餐有蛋挞，很给力！下次还会选择这里！

这次是带孩子来玩，酒店的环境非常好、而且挺干净。离蓬莱阁十分钟车程，离长岛码头特别近。是蓬莱为数不多的四星宾馆，推荐入住，
