离海边近，适合夏季住。这里属于新建的旅游区域，离八仙雕塑不远，走到蓬莱阁东门大概二十分钟。周边还不完善，离商店有些距离。冬季住的人很少，房间比较大，看起来还干净，卫生间较小。
