使用艺龙三年以来最差差评没有之一！1.首先酒店很久 整个酒店充斥一股霉味 2.酒店管理混乱 我房间的香皂包装是打开的 毛巾有一条也是散开的 3.退房时说地毯上有新烟头印要罚款50在我同意的情况下（我确实抽烟了 但是不是我烫的真心不知道 因为地毯上已经有N多的老洞了）并且押金已经三天了还没退我 我严重怀疑这个是酒店的一个创收项目 4.退房时我走的比较匆忙 酒店大堂服务告诉我我落了一个包和水瓶在房间我折返回去拿的时候收拾房间的服务员只说有一个水瓶没有包（洗漱包里面有香水 擦脸的东西）在我没有找到的情况下我只能去赶火车了，最后这个包是我再次和前台电话确认后我同事帮我拿回来了。5.最后一点 我记得非常清楚我有一只万宝龙的星空行者四千多放在酒店的书桌上 但多次和酒店沟通他们都说没有 这个我也不想多说什么 就当我太有钱了四千多的东西都能记错了吧 现在想想都是套路啊 到河南旅游大家一定要谨慎出行选择信誉好的酒店 不然美好的旅程有可能留下很不好的回忆
