酒店设施配套老旧，前台服务是真的差，一副冷漠表情，爱理不理，希望平安大厦负责人对自己的服务员进行礼仪培训，或者直接更换，服务行业如果不注重礼仪，那离关门不会太远了，别以为靠政府指定能扛几年，迟早会完蛋。

平安大厦的房间设施已经老旧，但是挺干净整洁，最差劲的是前台服务员，收银员，不懂得服务的基本宗旨，一副冷漠的表情，如果服务行业先这样下去，平安大厦看来只能接待政府会议了，其他客人别去了，同样是政府指定宾馆，平顶山宾馆的服务比平安大厦好太多，请平安大厦负责人对前台服务人员进行礼仪培训或者更换。

之前已经进行过评价了，发现好像因为有两个订单，还有一次评价机会！那就再次重申一下，这个价位住这个酒店还是很不错的，毕竟在当地也是挺有面的酒店，不过一些设施有些老化，如果及时更新后还能保持这个价格那就太棒了！
