入住两天，不打理床。第二天第三天不给纯净水，卫生间打扫不彻底、不补充牙具、洗发水等。早餐没有酸奶、燕麦片。北楼设施极其陈旧，真的是金玉其外。前台服务极差。

地理位置非常不错，在平顶山的市中心，而且周边吃饭什么的，也都非常方便，我觉得非常不错，下次来平顶山，还可能住在这里。
