我是9月6号5点左右到店，9月7号14点离店。一共住了33个小时。一共付了两天房费。我想要9月7号15点左右离店，却被告知还要付半天的房费。五星级酒店的设施，服务达不到五星级。

三次住了，酒店名称三次更换，但环境、服务始终没的说，两个字：满意。房间干净舒适，设施齐全，院内绿化非常雅致，湖边改造的也越来越漂亮，是一家名符其实的高档酒店。
