  大厅环境很漂亮，身份证没带办理入住也很方便，前台小姐姐很热情，帮忙升级了房型和延迟退房，一楼还有健身房什么的都很方便??

  环境服务啥的都没问题，毕竟是桔子，唯独就是六楼顶楼的房间深夜安静的时候会有共振的声音，浅睡眠的人听得很难受，而且空调室外机就在外面，半夜还是有点嗡嗡声音的，反应给前台后，前台很好贴心的给了耳塞，大半夜我也不换房间了，后面太困还是睡着了，六楼能听到天花板共振声音的情况，还是要反应一下，希望酒店能改善哈，其余一切都很OK，走时还送了小礼物表达歉意，满分。

  Super nice place for a family of four. The staff are both attentive and friendly. Impressive centralized control system adopted in the guest room. The breakfast is also wonderful. I noticed they offered different hot dishes in the two days we stayed. Will definitely come back to crystal orange if we visit Pinghu in the future.
