房间很大，但是设施陈旧，卫生间的淋浴间竟然没有莲蓬头，只有最顶上的固定的莲蓬头，对于不想洗头的人来说，这不是很不合理吗？而且九龙山旁边有四个超级大烟囱，一直在冒烟，总觉得环境好不了。。酒店服务员服务态度不积极，儿童乐园是我们去问来的，房间和大厅没有介绍和指示，而且开放时间是9:30-16:30，健身房是一样的，很不人性化。除了儿童乐园，我不知道还有什么可以称为“亲子酒店”的？

酒店设施有点旧，服务较好，房间马桶漏水，马上给换了一间。周末人不多，有点冷清，价格偏高。
