房间乾净宽敞，29层景观也很好，前台YOYO服务态度非常好，有问必答，酒店工作人员看见客人都会打招呼，非常热情，值班经理在入住期间也会打电话询问入住情况是否需要帮助等，地下停车场停车也很方便，整体体验非常不错！

国庆长假的倒数第二个酒店，必须要点赞点赞点赞，一路过来所有酒店都踩雷了，只有这里才让我体会到了真正五星酒店的服务和设施，入住时候就感觉到了温暖，yoyo服务很好，酒店各个设施都很好用 ，很推荐！以後去平湖，只住这里

整体还算满意的住宿体验，房间免费升级了套房，景色视野非常好，门口帅哥帮忙拿了行李，我们也很开心付款了小费，只是早餐一般，其它都很好！

定了二晚连住，性价比超高的酒店，房间大而亮，菜也好吃，泳池设施也超好，已经连续二周去了。希望再接再厉，提高泳池的洗漱用品和桑拿的质量，把这一块多人管理做的真正的五星酒店。

据说是平湖最好的酒店，入住过几次，总体不错。湖景房视野开阔，服务挺及时，淋浴水很好用，洗浴用品气味幽香好闻。建议酒店5楼的自助早餐，品质可以再提升一下。但愿下次入住，能被自助早餐惊艳到。
