五星级，卫生环境，房间设施都不错，服务态度也不错，就是结账查房办理退房时间有点长，中餐厅单点味道不错，自助餐食物也丰盛，海鲜类的都很新鲜，非常满意的入住体验，下次来平湖还会住这家酒店。
