衞生：房内浴缸比较大，房间乾净整洁。

酒店位置好，离南河头历史文化街区不远，酒店停车方便，免费停车，酒店前台小邹看我们一家四口那麽多人给我们免费升级了房间，客房阿姨朱彩旗阿姨送洗簌用品的时候还贴心地送上免费水果，总之服务很好，人气很旺，酒店很大，房间符合预期！最让人惊喜的是早餐品质很高，下次来平湖还要住Sun Lake！

这家酒店给我的整体印象非常不错。前台办理入住的小邹态度热情，办理手续迅速。房间的环境乾净整洁，床铺舒适，衞生间也很大，设施齐全且使用方便。酒店的早餐种类丰富，有中式和西式的各种选择，满足了不同口味的需求。酒店的位置也很好，周边交通便利，是一次非常愉快的入住体验，好评！

平湖，一座文艺的小城，十几年前来过，印象很好，这次五一期间入住本地老牌圣雷克大酒店，酒店是欧式皇宫园林风，空间很大，早晚的餐食很新鲜，量管够，前台小邹服务非常热情，也帮忙升级了房间，有求必应，专业礼貌，赞

这家是平湖老牌五星级酒店，酒店非常大，客房多，会议室多，北楼新装修，设施维护更好一些，适合公司举办活动。五一期间入住，人不算很多，服务人员热情有礼，体验不错。酒店里报本塔很近，可以步行前往游览。

这次选择你们平湖圣雷克酒店就是看了携程评价再定的，因为上午到酒店??的时间比较早想试试看是否可以入住了？结果前台美女小邹很热情的説看看有没有房间，她马上查看电脑一看有房间所以马上给我们办理入住还特意给我们升级房间，我们感到她们的服务非常棒很有亲切感，在这里我要为她们的服务非常谢谢点赞????????其次酒店升级房间大而且衞生乾净，下午还送水果到房间，早餐的各类品种蛮多的也非常好吃，总之这次来住你们酒店非常开心下次有机会还会来的，再次谢谢小邹女士为你们酒店五颗星点赞??????
