房间衞生间太小，没有提供防滑垫，沐浴露和洗发水也没有标记，不知道到底应该用哪个。4月9号就预订的房间，五一入住竟然给了两间把头的房子，不合理。房间内也没有提供前台电话，有事想问一下都不知道该问谁。作为平凉市宾馆，是门脸，是窗口，要从细节入手，做好服务。

房间淋浴间没有乾湿分离！用的卷纸太次了！衞生间的门就像风化了！
早餐在贵宾楼，走过去门口有人招呼（贵宾楼才像四星），迎宾楼的服务应该像维也纳吧，设施就像招待所，但大堂还是不错！
也许整个三楼都是做特价的被牺牲的楼层！都是没有乾湿分离的！168携程价比前台现订的180低。
早餐品种够不上四星！很少！很少。
但酒店地理位置优越，能徒步走过去柳湖公园散步。
也许平凉的四星就是这样子的！！！

酒店设施齐全，使用方便！装修有点老旧，环境优美，停车方便！距离柳湖公园很近！服务中规中矩！院子里面有一家泡馍馆生意很火爆，我没品嚐一下有点遗憾！酒店餐厅放假没有提供早餐，携程平台给我退了早餐费，??
